In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

Auto Accident / Personal Injury: We also accept those cases that result in back pain, headaches, or other symptoms which can be addressed with chiropractic care. We have treated many patients through BWC and PI cases, and would be happy to help you, too! No Insurance: Our goal at the Chiropractic Spine Center is to allow everyone to experience the benefits of chiropractic care and adjustments. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we can work with you to arrange a flexible payment program that fits your budget. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits with the chiropractor, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is actually extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Workers Compensation: We are In-Network providers with the Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation for treating work injuries. We will work and communicate with your employer, attorney, and Managed Care Organization (MCO.) Please bring your BWC card or claim number with you to your appointment.
