We are more than Chiropractic Care! Check out our other Modalities!
Physical Therapy Exercises
At the Chiropractic Spine Center, we teach our patients how to perform exercises which can help strengthen and rehabilitate irregularities in their body which may be causing pain. Targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractor will help your body achieve balance and health.
Many of our patients come to see our chiropractor to address a specific pain symptom such as back pain, neck pain or headaches. While our chiropractor will address each patient's specific condition with chiropractic care, we often find that outside lifestyle factors may be contributing to underlying conditions. If we find that we are unable to best help you, we refer and work with other providers.
Medical Massage Therapy
Massage therapy does more than make you feel good, it can actually help your body achieve balance and health. Our clinic provides personal massage based on your medical needs and diagnosis. The benefits of massage therapy may include the increase of blood circulation, a localized reduction in swelling and the relaxation of muscles. Massage has been known to relieve muscle pain and spasms, increase a patient's range of motion, while also aiding in recovery.
Spinal & Postural Screenings
Posture and spinal screenings can help reveal how your posture affects your underlying symptoms. Postural screenings address alleviating stress on delicate nerve fibers and help to correct imbalances in the spine.
Non-surgical spinal decompression is the relief of pressure on pinched nerves within the spinal column. It is used to treat conditions that result in chronic back pain such as disc bulge, disc herniation, sciatica, spinal stenosis, and isthmic and degenerative spondylolisthesis.
Gua-Sha is an ancient Eastern-Asian technique including the use of a stone tool to improve the microcirculation in muscle tissues. With increased blood flow, stagnant energy may be released to the surface of your skin. Inflammation and tightness are stimulated and seen by redness, heat, and petechiae. It is both therapeutic and diagnostic.
Cupping is an effective healing technique for healing muscular injuries like sprains, strains, tendinitis, trigger points, plantar fasciitis, IT band syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, sacroiliac dysfunction, and more. Depending on the level of chronicity or nature of the symptoms, results can be immediate or take several applications.
