We recently had a patient present to the office with initial complaints of low back pain and a little bit of neck stiffness as well. We begin to provide the patient with treatment and chiropractic spinal manipulation. After the first treatment, the numbness and tingling he was feeling in his right hand went away. 2-½ weeks later he is not having any symptoms return.
Numbness and tingling in the hands is referred to as paresthesia. Paresthesia was in this patient’s right hand and arm for a year and was progressively worsening prior to treatment at Chiropractic Spine Center.
This patient now completes at home rehab and also visits us for his monthly adjustment care plan.
